Built over 100 years ago, the building that PILS occupies is one of the most historic in Pichilemu. The now blue and white house is one of several built by Agustin Ross. The elite entreprenuer constructed a casino, an elegant hotel, and several grand houses to accommodate his guests of prestigious stature. The Santaiguan elite spent summers relaxing and bathing in the cool waters of Pichilemu around the turn of the century. This particular house is well maintained. It has floors made of a now extinct Chilean hardwood, thick adobe walls, exquisite furniture imported from Europe, and an overall great character. The school has a sun room, reception, 5 large rooms including a grand dining room, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, front lawn with an ocean view, and a back yard.
